Friday’s Feast #145

Name a sound you like to hear.

What is your favorite kind of cheese?

It depends on what I am eating. We use shredded cheddar in a lot of casseroles; I like Monterey Jack in Mexican dishes; I like provolone in wraps a couple of quick-fix dishes with pepperoni. I don’t usually care to eat cheese by itself, though.

Do you sleep late on Saturday mornings? Why or why not?

Yes!! I get up most other mornings at 5, so “sleeping in” til 6:30 or 7 is luxurious to me. It’s nice to wake up more rested and have more of a laid-back start to at least one day a week.

Main Course
When was the last time you forgot something? What was it, and how long did it take to remember it?

I forgot to set my alarm clock last night, which is a rare occurrence. I don’t know why, unless I was just too groggy from having fallen asleep on the couch last night first. So I woke up an hour and 12 minutes late, and that on a day when I had to be somewhere early!!

Fill in the blank: I notice ____________ when _____________.

I notice I move faster when I wake up late. but I wouldn’t want to start many mornings like that!

  1. Great feast, Barbarah! πŸ™‚ You know what, we are the same on your dessert. I also don’t like waking up late and moving so fast as if horses are after you! Hehehe

    Happy Friday! πŸ™‚

  2. I know what you mean about “early” being very subjective. When I was single, I slept in till 10 or 11 on weekends, and now that I have kids, getting up at 8 or 9 is such a luxury πŸ™‚

I love hearing from you and will approve your comment ASAP.
