Friday’s Feast #130

Appetizer – Have you been sick yet this winter? If so, what did you come down with?

Had a cold for a few days last fall, but that’s it so far. My youngest is just coming down with one, though, so I hope it doesn’t make the rounds.

Soup – What colors dominate your closet?

Pink, blue, green.

Salad – How would you describe your personal “comfort zone”?

I am most comfortable in my own home with my family or close friends. I’m not comfortable with a lot of people or noise or commotion. I’m not a hugger to anyone outside my family and am not comfortable with anyone outside of my family touching me.

Main Course – On which reality show would you really like to be a contestant?

Hard to say. Some of the ones I like to watch, like the Amazing Race, I wouldn’t be able to keep up with physically. I like The Apprentice, but I’d probably melt under the first harsh criticism.

Dessert – Which holiday would you consider to be your favorite?

It would be between Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

  1. Happy Friday! The picture of the Valentine’s Day hearts got me distracted from your feast at first. They look YUMMY! I’m so with you on the salad. That is pretty much how I’d describe my personal “comfort zone.” I hope that your little one feels better soon!

  2. It appears I’m following Christina around – lol. I have to agree with her very much on the pictures. I just got hit by what my bunch passed around – probably what I get for congratulating myself that I had avoided it. (lol) Happy Feast Day!

  3. Great feast!

I just started watching the Amazing Race last year and forgot all about that one. I almost got distracted by that yummy candy you put up.. lol.

    Mine is up too.

  4. I liked the color in your soup!
I hope your youngest is feeling better soon.
    Great Friday Feast!

    Have a wonderful day!

  5. Ya, I agree with you on the Apprentice….and I actually don’t like that—it’s just way too degrading, and I can’t understand the popularity of it all.

    My birthday feast is served

  6. I love pink and blue too especially the pastel shades. My comfort zone is also among my family and close friends because I can be myself. Thanks for sharing. Mine is served.

  7. This was a yummy feast. And I love love LOVE the praline heart!! I’d like to have one please! 😉

Thanks for stopping by my feast earlier today.

    Happy Friday,
    Sweet like Kitty
    I will exercise for comments!!!

  8. Thanks for serving this delicious feast. I´ve never heared about Amazing Race so far… I guess we don´t have an alike show here un Germany.

I hope your youngest will be alright soon – and I love your dessert.

(Psst… may I have some of those chocolates, pleeeeeease?)

  9. Thanks for sharing your feast with me. We are very similar on the salad and dessert. I totally agree with you on the hugging thing. I have serious personal space issues. My husbands bosses and their wives are “huggers” and everytime we are around them I have to prep myself in advance. The one is a “kisser” too. I have such a hard time with it. I’m so awekward with it, that I usually end up stepping on someones foot:)

I love hearing from you and will approve your comment ASAP.
